This privacy notice is provided in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, This document has been prepared by Dr Nuran Kalekoğlu Erkalp in her capacity as data controller, in accordance with the relevant provision and the Circular on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilment of the Duty to Provide Information.

Information obtained from surveys completed by visitors to the website owned by Dr Nuran Kalekoğlu Erkalp at ……………………….., all cookie records (see Website Cookie Information Notice), information obtained through marketing campaigns, including address details, and transaction security data comprising website login and logout information, are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698 for the purposes of conducting sales processes for goods and services, managing customer relations, carrying out communication activities, and receiving and evaluating suggestions aimed at improving business processes.

Survey responses from website visitors, all cookie records (see Website Cookie Information Notice), information obtained through marketing campaigns, IP address details, website entry and exit details, and the personal details of potential buyers of goods and services (first name and surname, etc.), contact details (telephone number, email address, etc.) and enquiry details are processed in accordance with Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698. It is processed automatically on the legal basis of the data subject’s explicit consent, as set out in the relevant clause.

The survey in question involves the processing of personal data comprising all cookie records (see the Website Cookie Information Notice), information obtained through the campaign, IP addresses, and website visit logs, as well as the identity details (first name and surname, etc.), contact details (telephone number, email address, etc.) and enquiry data. Should the servers of the relevant website or other websites processing this data be located abroad, such data may be shared with natural persons or private-law legal entities and may be transferred abroad. These data transfers are carried out in accordance with the security and privacy procedures set out in the relevant legislation, with the necessary measures being taken. When the purpose for which the personal data is processed no longer applies, or when the retention periods required by law have expired, the personal data processed will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy, and may continue to be used in an anonymised form.

 

Article 11 of Law No. 6698 In accordance with the relevant provision, website visitors, as data subjects,

  • the right to find out whether personal data has been processed,
    • the right to request information regarding the processing of personal data, if it has been processed,     
                • the right to be informed of the purpose for which personal data is processed and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
                • the right to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether within the country or abroad,   
                • the right to request the rectification of personal data where it has been processed inaccurately or incompletely, and to request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been disclosed be informed of the rectification,
                •The right to request the erasure or destruction of personal data, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, should the grounds justifying its processing cease to exist, and to request that third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be notified of the action taken in this regard,
                •the right to object to a decision being made solely by automated means which produces an outcome detrimental to the individual, 
                •They have the right to claim compensation for any loss suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of their personal data.

 

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, which governs the rights of data subjects, in accordance with the ‘Communication on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller’, by sending them in person, in a clear and comprehensible manner, with a wet signature and in writing, to Dr Nuran Kalekoğlu Erkalp at ……..………………………………………………………………. as the data subject, in person, in a clear and comprehensible manner, in writing and bearing a wet signature.
